Capital Football is one of Wellington’s leading regional sports organisations & due to an internal promotion is looking to appoint an Operations Administrator responsible for junior football.
We are flexible as to how this may work e.g. it could appeal to those wishing to re-enter the work-force who may be looking for full time work for only part of the year, equally those that are looking for a full time role are in no way discouraged from applying.
It is expected that you will have impeccable administration skills & must be well suited to working within a team. It is likely that you will have a proven record in managing operational requirements of a business; it certainly would be helpful if it was sports management.
To succeed & enjoy this role you will need to be able to cope with a wide variety of challenging circumstances; time-management, multi-tasking, ability to work under pressure, professionalism, communication, IT competency & great organisation are all pre-requisite skills.
We are a close team & it is likely that you will be required to help out in other parts of the business as required.
Remuneration will be discussed at the interview and a job description is available on request.
Applications are to be sent to comms@capitalfootball.org.nz and close on the 17th of January 2020.
